hbaji Terms and Conditions
This page sets out all the terms, rules, and conditions for using the hbaji platform. Please read these terms carefully before registering an account and before completing any financial transaction.
This document forms a binding agreement between hbaji and its users. By registering on this platform or using any of its services, the user is considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the platform.
1 General Provisions and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the hbaji platform. "Platform" refers to hbaji's website, mobile application, and any associated digital channels. "User" refers to any person who is registered on this platform or is in the process of registering.
"Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, card games, and all other entertainment activities operated by hbaji. These Terms apply equally to the use of each service.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
When creating an account, the user is given the opportunity to read and accept these Terms. Once registration is complete, the user automatically comes under the scope of all these terms. hbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any changes through a notice published on the platform.
1.2 Language and Interpretation
These Terms are written in Bengali. If any dispute arises over the meaning of a clause, the interpretation approved by hbaji shall be considered final. If a user does not understand any part of these Terms, they are advised to contact our support team before using the services.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account on the hbaji platform, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. hbaji may request a national identity card or equivalent document at any time for age verification. If adequate proof is not submitted, hbaji reserves the right to suspend or close the account.
2.1 One Person, One Account
Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all associated accounts, including any bonus benefits, may be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts is a direct violation of these Terms.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. If an account is created using false information, hbaji may close that account at any time and forfeit all funds earned. Any changes to a user's information must be updated on the platform without delay.
2.3 Account Security
The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Giving control of the account to a third party or sharing the account is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, hbaji's support team must be notified immediately.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The minimum deposit amount on the hbaji platform is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Transactions via any other method are not possible.
The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this timeframe may increase during account verification or security review.
3.1 Source of Funds
The user must confirm that the funds they are depositing come from a legal source and that they have full legal ownership of those funds. If there is suspicion of illegal funds being used, hbaji reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
All bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request. If a withdrawal is made without fulfilling the wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be cancelled. If the withdrawal method and account name do not match, the transaction may be held.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
The hbaji welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive the bonus, the first deposit must be ৳100 or more. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,500; to withdraw from this bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be placed.
A bonus is not a cash gift — it is a conditional benefit. Fulfilling the wagering requirement before withdrawing bonus funds is mandatory. The bonus amount may be withdrawn after wagering it 20 times.
4.1 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
If multiple accounts are created, false information is provided, or any strategic misuse is carried out with the aim of claiming bonus benefits, hbaji may cancel the bonus on the relevant account and suspend the account.
4.2 VIP Program and Cashback
hbaji's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is provided on each week's net losses: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, and up to 0.8% for Gold. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on participation in the program.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
The hbaji platform offers sports betting, slots, live casino, baccarat, Callbreak, and various other types of games. Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail on the relevant game page. General betting rules apply equally to all games.
5.1 Bet Acceptance
Once a bet has been finally confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is processed unintentionally due to a technical error, hbaji reserves the right to cancel that bet. Bets must be confirmed before the odds displayed on screen change.
5.2 Results and Payouts
After the result of a match or game is determined, winnings from successful bets are automatically added to the account. In the case of any disputed result, hbaji's decision shall be considered final. In the case of a clear error (such as incorrect odds being displayed), hbaji may cancel that bet.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited in relation to betting:
- Attempting to influence the result of any match or game
- Placing artificial bets for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits
- Placing bets using automated software or bots
- Placing bets from another user's account
- Attempting to guarantee bonuses through hedging or arbitrage strategies
6 Responsible Gaming and User Protection
hbaji believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity. This platform has taken various steps to make users aware of responsible gaming policies and ways to protect themselves. If any user feels that their gaming habits are going out of control, they may request a temporary suspension of their account.
hbaji provides the option of voluntary breaks, setting betting limits, and permanently closing an account. Contact the support team to use these options.
6.1 Age Verification
No person under the age of 21 may use hbaji's services. If any doubt arises on this matter, the necessary documents will be requested for account verification.
7 Privacy and Data Protection
hbaji places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Details on how user data is collected, stored, and used can be found in our Privacy Policy. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.
7.1 Sharing Information with Third Parties
Users' personal information is not sold to third parties. However, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate authorities when required to meet legal obligations or to prevent fraud. The minimum information necessary for payment processing is shared with the relevant payment service provider.
8 Account Suspension and Cancellation Policy
hbaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Providing false or misleading information
- Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Age-related information being proven false
- Operating multiple accounts
- Harassing behaviour towards other users
In the event of account cancellation, valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded; however, in cases of fraud the entire balance may be forfeited.
9 Technical Issues and Liability
If a game or bet is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection, server issues, or any other technical reason, hbaji will endeavour to provide a fair resolution where possible. However, hbaji is not responsible for issues caused by the user's own device or internet connection.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the hbaji platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of hbaji. This content is provided for the user's personal use. Use for commercial purposes or redistribution to third parties is prohibited.
Content from third-party game providers is protected under their own intellectual property rights. hbaji only displays that content as an intermediary.
11 Amendments and Updates
hbaji reserves the right to amend, change, or update any part of these Terms at any time. A notice will be provided on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
